  1. Can someone create a good graphic for USFaster?
  2. Ran faster than recent UCF commit Adrian Killins who USF was after and who UCF is promoting as their new speed demon at the Bob Hayes Invitational last spring.
  3. "Schuck finished with 308 yards and completed 20 of 37 passes, and Latrell Williams (eight catches for 98 yards) and Michael Jackson (six catches for 108 yards) led the Columbia receiving corps." - Stats from the 7A state semifinal game on December 4th "The Tigers (12-1) pounced on Bartram on the first play from scrimmage with a 69-yard pass from Davin Schuck to Latrell Williams to open up the scoring just 16 seconds into the game." - http://jacksonville.com/sports/football/2015-11-28/story/columbia-routs-bartram-trail-regional-final Latrell Williams (721 yards, 7 TDs) - prior to the playoffs Certainly looks faster than 4.6 - http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1760010/latrell-williams Track Star - 55m--6.55 (national elite -6.62 )100m--10.75(national elite-10.80) triple jump 45-2 (national elite -45-0), long jump 21-7(national elite- 22-0), 200m--22.08 (national elite- 22.0)
  4. I think it will eventually happen. Power 5 schools are going to eventually stop playing D-1AA teams and then will eventually drop non P 5 schools because of strength of schedule, ticket sales, and TV. It's going to happen. The question is, which AAC schools can make the jump first OR can the AAC elevate themselves somehow to be equal to the ACC. Our top 6 teams could be competitive in that conference, the bottom half is not capable. It's really a race to see if Houston, USF, UCF, Memphis, Cincy, UConn and Navy can make the leap. But yes, I think that we will eventually see alot of football programs just go away because of either concussion insurance, lack of revenue from no longer traveling to P5 programs, or lack of TV payouts. I think that the AAC could hold on. The MAC, CUSA, and Sun Belt schools are going to struggle to make any money (ala UAB).
  5. Wonder if East Bay's Marques Ford will be interesting in transferring back home now that Rutgers has fired their coach?
  6. I think we have a shot at KJ Sails. I also think that Xavier Gaines is a silent commit, but that's just based off twitter activity.
  7. I agree. I think that we've still got a shot with KJ Sails and Craig Watts. Watts has been showing us alot of love on Twitter, even though he is committed to Colorado.
  8. I agree. To think that I'm 100% certain to attend more women's games this year than men's games is somewhat staggering.
  9. http://blacksportsonline.com/home/2015/10/florida-deiondre-porter-shot-at-pregnant-gf-thought-she-cheated-with-teammate/ Porter won the Guy Troph award in 2014 as the Top Hillsborough County football player. One time QB commit to USF, signed with UF. Was a top Special Teams player this year and a DB.
  10. USF should take all 350 people that attend the game and position them in a way that they spell U....S.....F in the stands. At least while we will have 44,500 empty seats on tv, we will still be making a statement.
  11. you may be on to something. He definitely has set SB up to fail on more than one occasion. It seems the best way to set Bench up to fail is to put him in the game. Also, he might not have been totally responsible for the interception (even though he threw it high to Bronson) it was his second pick in the series. Remember, he got away with one when they roughed him. The first one that was called back was on bench but the one that counted was on Bronson. Ball hits ur hands u must catch it I think that Bronson and Adams were so used to holding with their hands on screens that they forgot they could be used for actually catching a ball.
  12. No. That ship has passed. My money would be with Mario Cristobal. But I'm still in the minority hoping that WT can turn things around this year. There was just no heart in that last game. None.
  13. Let's face it. Our only real chance this year is for Taggart to figure out how to use QF, Mack, Johnson, and Tice to run for 3-5 yards every play. We almost can't afford to waste a play down the field since that means we only have 2 downs to pick up those 10 years on the ground. He should be running an option with this talent. i would only consider throwing the ball once we are down 17 or more in the 4th.
  14. Would rather be ahead. The other team could fumble or throw an INT still.
  15. It feels like this play is 80% drawn up to get Chris Barr room to run. But why not utilize him on the reverse pitch that they are giving to Adams or have him run up the seam against a LB like they did against FSU. I bet we ran this play 5 times for -55 yards (including penalties) on Saturday.
  16. This might be the best formation that we have. I would run a hurry-up in this set and learn how to do the option pitch. We can use those guys for blocking, mis-directions, etc. It's a beautiful alignment. We all know that we aren't really going to pass anyway.
  17. Curtis Fitzpatrick â€@cfitzfox 21h21 hours ago Stoops also says Jarvis Baxter, Jeff Mead and Mark Andrews are in the mix with the first group in certain formations. Brady Vardemanâ€@BradyVardeman Shepard, Neal, Westbrook, Andrews, Baxter/Mead (depending on formation) named as WR starters. #Sooners
  18. Just to make everyone feel a bit better this morning, word out of OU camp from Bob Stoops is that Baxter is already a starting WR in certain formations. Wish that he could have made it in here. Seems to be a great talent.
  19. This was High School too. (Even though it looks like Western Carolina)
  20. It was likely an automatic update on 247. The feed also states that pretty much the rest of the freshman class enrolled today as well: http://southflorida.247sports.com/Institution/South-Florida-Bulls-24036/Feeds
  21. They lost my block of season tickets by cutting the faculty section and then raising my costs. I'll go to the games that I can make now instead of committing to a season's worth of tickets.
  22. New photo on his twitter feed, sporting the "1" jersey. Chris Barr has "1" on offense, so perhaps that Cecil's number. It's not "3" but it's a pretty darn good number if that's going to be his.
