It is! We have a few of them floating around our chapter.

The other white shirt hidden in the background is Lady Liberty throwing up the horns. Got mine earlier this year.

I almost went to this but didn't have enough money for gas. I would have been in full facepaint with 3x5 flag of USF.  Gotta love college life.
