I just wanted to say ... I'm good with it.  We were definitely vanilla the first couple weeks, but I think we've seen the offense released from their cage.

No ******** from me about the offense this week.

The funny thing is these announcers keep stating that we’re running a limited playbook this week.

The "skinny" playbook?  Yeah ... fine with me if they stick with it, as long as it works.  Something tells me Illinois is a pretty bad team though, and when I see Lovie Smith on the sideline, I'm sure of it.

It's been a good day, though, I've had a few beers, my team is up 4 TDs, and I feel pretty good.

It's looking like Gilbert indeed was sharking us all. Well played. It was a risky move, but it should pan out if folks have less tape on us now.

I’m half a fifth of Woodford and a couple bowls(gotta love living in legal states the past 3 years) into my Friday night so I 100% endorse this message.

Even as Illinois brings this writhin 22.

Defense sets in garbage time were awful... all out blitz gets beat for a cheap TD - no reason to put yourself in that position.
But agree on offensive play calling - great game all around.

Maybe chalk that up to young guys that haven't played much learning valuable lessons?  I'm good with it.

Very happy with tonight's results.

Just please get the receivers to practice catching. How many drops tonight? At least I can remember.

I knew that last game wasn't our offense and glad to have this game show that.

This was a pretty potent offense and it looked like the gulf coast offense from last year...and scary thing is the offense still has room to improve.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
