I have pending litigation to patent the middle finger gesture.

imagine the royalties I am going to make at Spectrum Stadium, when USF rolls-up the Knights in November:lmao:

I recall when some of us older folks were getting together a fan club, we were going to call ourselves the 12th Man Club.  Well, we got a note from someone at aTm who had an issue with that.  We really didn't feel like making a deal about it and we changed the name to Bull Backers.

It seems the Seahawks weren't as willing to give up the name and pay aTm a chunk of change every year for the privilege of using it.

I think Seattle caught hell from Texas AM for that too.

Vanilla Ice realized it would be cheaper to buy the publication rights than pay a potential trademark infringement, so he bought the rights to the song.

Truth be told, I've never been keen on the sign. I came from the world where we didn't have any and so I felt weird doing it. I don't hate seeing it, but beyond that -"Eh, whatever, man."

Why? Texas has been doing it wayyy before us and before they started paying for our coaches...
