This guy is just delusional. 

 

Taggart stokes crowd by saying: "You know what happened the last time we went to Tallahassee...those days are coming back." #USF

 

I understand saying some things to excite the fans, but why don't you start somewhere a little lower than the team that has lost once in the last 2 years.... Like finishing above .500 in the AAC, or beating UCF. Even our fans have to think c'mon dude...

Wouldn't be so sad if USF was actually was competing in football, but he's talking the talk of a top school. He needs to concentrate on winning the American conference first before he starts talking with the presidential candidate.
