No idea how you got to that conclusion. This is Victor Crist's project. He was the commissioner defending the OCS idea for USF back in May at the council meeting.

 

I believe Crist may still be involved somehow but this is Mark Sharpe's baby now ...

I didn't think Sharpe was on the commission anymore.

 

He's not, but he's now leading the Innovation Alliance which is what that's all about ...

My point was that Victor will be pulling more weight with the council and didn't see anywhere in the article that homie posted saying no to an OCS

Homie didn't say there was anything in the article saying no to an OCS. What he said was "OCS, no?" ... which I took to as a reference that there was no mention of an ocs in article, so what's the deal.
