Alabama fans are NOT happy. We however, don't have the same things to worry about.

Couple years ago every single one of our recruits had either 3 or 4 stars and/or multiple P5 offers. Actually we DO recruit the same level of talent as at least 50% of P5 programs, and always out recruit a lot of P5 programs. That's one area where we ARE on par with many P5 programs. Stop pooh poohing USF recruiting. That's the one area Taggart has done well...recruiting. So yes, we do recruit out of the same pool as Michigan, outside of the top few recruits in Michigan's class. Look it up guys, every year we have recruits come in with offers from ACC, SEC, Big Ten, etc. offers.

Big P5 team coming into our school flexing their muscle and money, buying us off for our fertile recuriting grounds. Makes us look small time. I don't see how this will help us at all in recruiting. Check out the upper right corner of the ad on the first thread .... We ARE small time in some areas compared to programs like UM.

Almost any time you have SEC coaches complaining about something you're doing, you're doing something right. Know know whether it means they're doing something right or not, but I like it ... If you remember, Futgers (under Schiano) had a bunch of camps in Florida and i think the NCAA put a rule into effect stopping him from doing that, because various schools complained. If I remember, some of their fans blamed us, but the articles at the time named other schools.

An entire class of 3+ star players would have given us a top 25 class. A couple years ago would mean Skip Holtz brought them in.

Look it up if you don't believe me. We also finished #40, which means we beat out at least 25 so called P5 programs. D'Earnest Johnson, Mack, etc. had 10-15 offers each from big time programs including Florida, Michigan (yes, Michigan), Texas, Miami, and bunch of others SEC, Big 10, and ACC schools. These are just a couple examples. We do recruit from the same pool as most P5 programs, including Michigan. Mack had an offer from Michigan...so I guess we recruit out of the same pool, seeing he chose USF over Mich. Our recruiting is on par with a lot of "P5" programs outside of the obvious upper echelon. That's one thing Tag has done well. He just hasn't coached them up and his offensive scheme has been rotten.
