I recall him talking down usf or its fanbase out of hs on social media. I'm fine w Taggart passing on him. I recall thinking the kid suffered from delusions of grandeur.

Correct on all points... and he still suffers from the delusions of grandeur... he thinks he's going to compete for QB1 in Gainesville.... hell... he couldn't even make QB1 in Vandy.

UF hasn't had a stud QB in years, so who knows?

I'm not sure why we ignore that Brett Kean is a Bull. The kids loyalty to the program is undeniable. Loyalty can equate to maturity, maturity can equate to good decision making. If he has any talent he will be a winner here. His tweets all relate to single-mindedness towards the team and hard work to erase the doubters. IMO, he seems the stronger person, does that make him a better qb? IDK but it certainly puts him in the running.

How many TD passes has loyalty thrown over the years?

Mike White was loyal with good high school film and a state title.  Loyalty is seen in every class by recruits so I'm not exactly sure what you mean.  He's not doing anything other recruits haven't done.  The dude is a freshman and there is a 99% chance he redshirts, which he needs to do.

Possibly a few more than Mike White's Scowl.

Loyalty?  Has the kid even stepped foot on campus?

Kean might have a nice career with USF.  But if we have yet another true freshman starting this year at QB it will be another three or four win season.
