GIven our penchant for scoring 17 points a game, that it'll be cold and that SMU woke up a little v Tulsa, I don't see us covering.

But, SMU is REALLY bad, so it'd be a good game to get up early, try some things & get rested up for Memphis...but that's only assuming we can lock in a nice win over SMU.

I'm nervous their dual-threat QB will give us fits, though I haven't seen him play much.  Should be interesting...a must win for USF, and maybe a job-must win for Coach Taggart.

I'm thinking we win by no more than 10 so I'd take smu to cover the spread

In the cold this could be one of those barn burning 13-6 games. So hang on to your seats folks!

(All sarcasm aside, we better not lose this game.)

Even Vegas thinks we can beat them by 12? They must be the real deal. Well, bad teams find a way to lose, so this competition may be comical.

No way our atrocious team is going to go on the road and win a night game by 13.

That point spread might make me fall off the wagon.

SMU is ranked 128th in scoring offense and 128th in scoring defense out of 128 teams.  They are legendarily bad.

That said, it should be a close game and we have a shot at covering, but anything could happen.

I miss those days when I thought we could beat almost anyone, now we don't even know if we will beat the worst team
