Some guidelines to help make your tailgate experience a smooth and enjoyable one: Bulls fans are invited to pitch tailgate tents up to 10' x 10'. Larger tents for special occasions are possible, but require special permitting. For more information about special permitting for large events, contact the Tampa Sports Authority at (813) 350-6500. As a courtesy to other Bulls fans, tents must be pitched directly behind the bumper of your vehicle, unless you've purchased an extra parking pass. Bring your coolers and your cheer, but please leave kegs and other bulk alcohol containers at home. Loudspeakers, campaigning, and distributing of handbills or pamphlets is prohibited. Please park as directed by attendants; saving spaces for late-arriving friends isn't possible. Respect other fans and help maintain a friendly, spirited pre-game atmosphere for all! http://www.mybullsclub.com/s/1473/3col.aspx?sid=1473&gid=1&pgid=431 It's a little awkward to pitch your tent behind another dude's bumper, so I'm in agreement with TSA on this one. They are coming off a BCS bowl win season and this is their first home game. They also have perfect weather, unlike the slop we had to play in. UCF would be drawing poor crowds too if they had the same success we've had the last 4 years. Lots of Bethune fans as well. That too. Them as well as FAMU travel well in the state and have a huge grad base. Actually Bethune doesn't have that many grads...as Bethune is a small/tiny private school (approx only 3,500 students). Yes, a school that is 110 years old doesn't have many graduates... Correct...especially "tiny ones" like Bethune Cookman...who only has approx 15,000 TOTAL Alumni. Heck, UCF is now pumping out approx 11,000 grads per year. FAMU, obviously a public Univ, has approx 75,000 alumni. USF graduates a large number annually as well... UCF has the better tailgating atmosphere right now, hands down.
