"I really am trying hard, but I see the level competence of the offensive schemes and playcalling at about the level of a good pop warner coach.

Show me where I am wrong."

Feel the same way

Its not all CWT fault here too i think that Players need to stand up and set the example like for the Oline.,, They lost one guy and they can figure out how to replace an injury.

You just don't get it...

You're dead wrong about an on campus stadium and the atmosphere and excitement it creates campus wide.  If your team is a perennial loser (which USF is now and will be for years to come) it better be about more than just a single game, at a set time, in a remote location of a plastic, scripted NFL stadium.  It better be about fraternities and sororities welcoming back to CAMPUS their alumni on a football WEEKEND, not a 4 hour game...at a remote location in a plastic, scripted NFL stadium.

Football WEEKEND is about the campus bookstore filled with alumni buying Bulls gear and then strolling across campus remembering their college daze.  It's about tailgating ANYWHERE ON CAMPUS with friends then walking to the game.  It's about the band, the cheerleaders and the mascot parading to the stadium greeting fans and alumni and getting pictures with their CHILDREN.

From my observations, USF has been mostly a commuter school until recently, so if you want to build tradition and feelings of loyalty to the school, it better start on campus and not with a 10 mile commute to the asphalt parking lot of a plastic, scripted NFL stadium.

Well said!! I agree!!! I was saying this after last season that USF better get that OCS as RJS will never get the atmosphere like it did back in 2007. Leavitt was the one that built that amazing atmosphere and it will never be dont like that again for USF. The next step is to get an OCS. That will have atmosphere and tradition.

This.

I am also tired of hearing Taggart needs more of his players. I heard the SOS when Skippy was here

The problme with Holtz is he ran out of Leavitt's players. Holtz did not recruit hard at all while at USF. He is doing better now at La Tech as they just dont have the great golf courses that Florida has.

It was a dumpster fire when CWT got here and outside of a good recruiting class it still is a dumpster fire.

I sure hope CWT is the guy that can turn things around because I don't know how this program can take another rebuilding.

Watch the video interview of Byrd after the game.   Clearly you see they were not prepared for this game.

Welcome to rock bottom.
