I think the problem for the Bulls here is that in the game of football you often need someone to throw the football forward if you want to advance the ball down the field. USF hasn't had one of those "throwers" the past couple seasons.

I would say we're also missing one of those people who recruits players, teaches them, and calls their plays. A "coach," of sorts.
