The Phins. I think their defense will be improved, and Tannehill has a few more options to throw to besides Hartline and Wallace. Brandon Gibson or Armon Binns can step up to be a solid #3 WR.

Miami was 8-8 last year with the worst O-Line in NFL history and some BS scandal that was a distraction. They only upgraded this off season and brought in an OC that has to be better than what we had. I don't see how the team does any worse than 8-8.... I expect the team to be in the 10-6 or 9-7 range.

Aside from the offensive line, the problem with Miami is that Tannehill is incapable of hitting an open Mike Wallace down field. Left lots of pts on on the field last year. Maybe they'll have a better sense of timing and distance on the deep routes, but I'm not terribly optimistic at this point.
