Dwyer Sets Sporting KC Single-Season Goals Record

 

 

 

 

TAMPA, SEPT. 18, 2014 – Former USF men’s soccer star Dom Dwyer continues to soar to new heights this season in Major League Soccer, breaking Sporting Kansas City’s single-season goals record.

 

The forward from London, England stamped his name in the record books with his 19^th goal of the year on Sept. 13 in a 4-0 win over Chivas USA to continue his breakout season for Sporting KC. He passed the former franchise leader, Preki, who had 18 goals back in 1996.
