He might have the opportunity to do more here, but CWT probably just wants to build depth and do a solid for Tony (not necessarily in that order). That's what I was thinking. I don't see him playing too much this season. Only 7 career receptions. Definitely had a back up role at Oregon, but hopefully brings some experienced depth to the position here. And since he's coming as a graduate transfer, he'll only be with the USF an extra year, so there's not too much commitment with Dungy taking up a scholarship beyond that year.
