buddy and I drove around the campus while trying to find the USF tailgate and saw little to no tailgating. Even walking to the stadium I was completely underwhelmed.

We went ty Ann Arbor that night for The Notre Dame game and I was blown away at the atmosphere for miles

I have been to many Michigan games up here and it's intense. I love tailgating for their games. MSU does not even compare to Michigan

For those who are going and haven't booked a car or hotel yet figured I pass on some info. 

 

We are flying up Thursday and returning Monday( booked from Newark to Milwaukee)  Will be in NJ a few days before and after the Wisky trip(only reason flying out to Wisconsin from up there)

 

We Booked hotel for Thursday and Friday in Madison.(Sheraton  for a good rate just over 100  a night) (booked today on the Sheraton website directly). Close to downtown and on one of the lakes. About 6 miles from stadium. (rooms still avail for those in need).

 

Sat and Sun heading to Milwaukee and going on the fly for now until I see what the plans hold for us.(planning on Six Flags on Sunday). So may look south of Milwaukee for the night.

Any recommendations for Hotel in Milwaukee area (nice place) for Sat and Sunday night please pass the info along.

 

Deal of the day was the rental car. Pick it up in Milwaukee at airport for about 16 bucks a day (total for 5 days , 4 nights was only 64.00)  That was thru Dollar Rental car.  Cant beat the price.

We booked our rental car via Southwest and got an SUV for $30 a day. INSANE.

My brother and his wife are flying into Columbus with their little one, and we are all riding up together.  We didn't have enough space to all fit in one car so we bought a bigger car today to be able to make the trip, see yall there
