Team needs to make threes

We either need to step it up on the 3's or do what we did tonight and almost actively avoid them.  That being said, we need to defend opponents making 3's or they will kill us like they have all year.  If we take fewer 3's on a team that can't make them, we can avoid wasting possessions on the court and potentially put some 2's up there.  2 points is better than none.

Apparently they're doing it in practice, what's keeping them from doing it games?

A: When we practice, we practice against other Bulls, and they're not aggressively defending each other

B: The players are too worked up by the crowd and therefore too nervous to hit a 3

C: If they jack it and miss, Stan's quick hook sends them to the bench, and they're too worried about the hook.

Remember in the not so distant past that ANY player or team was thought of as Bad or horrible if they shot less than 80-90% from the "FREE THROW" Line?  We as a team are shooting 65%  (pathetic).

Javontae Hawkins needs to stop with all the pump fakes. Just shoot the thing. He hit the 2 threes he shot, but he pumped faked another 10. The UC player on him was playing off, not expecting a shot, but expecting the pump fake. Is he being coached to do this? He was driving me crazy.

your lucky to have 1-2 players shoot 80-90% from the line.  Most teams average in the 60's from the line.

stats that matter the most are WINS and LOSSES and our stats suck,  One could argue team FT shooting and if we are #288 in the nation as someone mentioned above than that sucks as well. Cant spin wins/ losses and Team stats
