juco is the way to go for usf to build the program

I couldn't agree with you more; I've said this is one of the missing links from the CJL year. He always got coachable kids from the JUCO level; depth was our biggest overall problem, but only time can help with that.

I've heard many more juco's still to come

How does all of that effect scholarships? Do they count as 2013 or 2014?

Since we did not take a full class last year we can count two players if they enrolled in January to last year's class. Then we can still take a full 25 this year.

I'm not really looking for something "official" at this point ..nothing official has come through for the other 3 that I know of... just looking for one or two of the recruiting sites saying he actually has signed.
