When was the last time we won without scoring a TD on offense?

Off the top ofmy head I don't think we ever won without an offensive touchdown before. The only game we were ever close to doing that was Memphis in 2003 when JR Reed singlehandedly dominated, but we had 1 in that game too.

Not saying this is what we have this season but the ole saying is Offense sells tickets(puts butts in seats) ect. but Defense wins championships.     

Ill take the Defense any day if it means a championship

Ok, I tried to look this up. My first candidate was the USF at Memphis game in 2003, (The JR Reed game). Jr scored a kick return and a fumble recovery, but the 3rd touchdown was on offense.

 

Then I looked for the historic win over Southern Miss at home in 2002, we won 16-13. Only one touchdown for the Bulls, but I couldn't find a box score, and I don't remember how we scored.
