I have had the excuse of a new child arrival for the opener and this weekend.  I should be able to make the Miami game but having a hard time talking myself into the drive.  Watched Tagart's post-game interview, get the feeling he is having the same thoughts.

I'm not one to say whether someone is a, "true fan" or not, but I'm not sure how you can consider yourself, "a hard-core, diehard, fan" if you want to get a boat so you can do something other than support your school and team.

 

Just guessing but what you catch off the boat will smell a lot like this team has been playing.

Hopefully it will also teach some Bulls fans humility. I mean, all those opposing fans acting like jerks while USF is getting beat by their team are acting like some USF fans did when the team was winning and the roles were reversed. I mean talk about Karma, the smack that the fans and Leavitt were talking about UCF, FAU, FIU has come back to show the fan base how it feels. I read those threads about how some USF fans were treating visiting fans. It was the inspiration of Repect-A-Bull wasn't it. Anyone that knows the history of college football knows that this day would come, it has to every program. When winning, be proud but don't trash other programs that are down. Stay classy Bulls.

Ahhh   The smack that Leavitt was talking ?  You mean who ever we were playing was tough, gonna have to play our best etc etc - Jimmy was the king of saying how great other teams were.  Now fans - that is a whole different story.

The tailgating is what gets us through, and then when I sober up     in the 2nd half it is just a matter of how bad the score is before we decide to leave.
