Looks like I don't have to start a new thread.  Since I'm into pain, now that we're back from EL I'm re-watching the game.  Just came to the play were Durden backtracked to the goal line and screwed our field position once more.  For those apologizing on this thread that CWT is calm and cool, he looked very much like CSH when Durden came to the sideline and threw his arm around him.  Don't see much difference there between the two.  And for those that want to tell me that CSH accepted losing or some other such BS, that just wasn't true.  True, CWT isn't making excuses, but he hasn't shown in the first 2 games that he is an "in your face" type coach.  Not saying that is a bad thing but he appears to be closer to Holtz in demeanor than Leavitt.

Looked like an asst coach gave Durden an earful as he came off the field, then a pat on the helmet ....

That is know as a swift kick in the butt followed by you can do better (encouragement).   Stick followed by some sugar.

Exactly what it was ....

May as well give it up, CR .... He's the anti-Christ and nothing we can say will change that.

no enthusiasm

no smile

no passion

You used to say Leavitt's sideline antics were inappropriate, a poor representation of our University, and reflects the undisciplined play on the field.

I see you've gotten your "reply" quota for the day.

You might as well give up going down that road. There are a lot of coaches that don't chew kids heads off for screwing up. Charlie Strong is like that. Lead by example and don't panic and lose your cool.  But many on here liked Leavitt going zonkers on the sidelines thinking it got better play out of the team. That's debatable.

Ridiculous pos

Every time CWT was shown on TV he was focused on play calling and talking with his players. He wasn't yelling at them like CJL or blowing kisses up their butts like CSH. I thought he appeared very much in control of the situation.

That is what I saw and what anyone watching W.Kentucky (in the past)  saw.  Love the comments as they could not be more spot on!
