It was much better from last week... not really mad... after last week I did not think that we had a shot in hell.

 

Hopefully we can get our poop in order for next week against FAU

Not bad Bulls! Where was this defense last week?

 

I get the semi-elation of not getting blown out but there was plenty of BAD in that game today.  We'll see where the defense is when we play Louisville and Miami, MSU's anemic offense is no gauge for defensive prowess.

This is true, MSU is not a good team offensively, in fact one of the worse, if the worse in their league. There defense will have to carry them if they are tpo have a winning season.

Our defense got some good pressure, but their QBs are very inaccurate in passing, and their WRs had almost as many dropsies as we did.  Once they got smart and decided to run it up the middle with their QB and their hoss of a FB, game over.  

 

Today was confidence-instilling for the defense, but outside of that, there's not much more to say.

I forgot what it feels like to get excited about a win.  Watched the game and the defense looked great.  Conf play doesn't look as bad now.  MSU has a nasty defense

Yeah not bad, other than the fact that the offense was absolutely abysmal..

 

W. Michigan threw for 193 yds and 2 TDs against the same defense the week before, USF threw for only 66yds and 0 tds.
