I know the first game hasn't been played and who knows how this team will be.

BUT!

What do you think the best things about our team when clicking on all cylinders?

And what about the worst?

Okay, to clarify, what I mean is with the make up of the team and the type of offense and defense that's going to be used, what will we look like at our best and at our worst?

For example, are we going to see 50yd tosses down the field? Reverses? Or is it real conservative stuff?

On defense, blitzes or just laid back stuff? Are we going to get through to the QBs this year? What about stuffing the run?

I've got no clue what to expect.

Best: discipline, clock management, execution, effort, smart play, toughness

Worst: shortage in talent, youth related errors in spots, struggling to establish ground game, a learning secondary, dumb fans that boo

Best:

From team standpoint - discipline and accountability.

Defense- hopefully pass rush from front 4 that Covers up our potential deficiencies in the secondary.

Offense - two solid tight ends that have talent and should be utilized.

Worst:

Offense- lack of experience and success in the backfield (QB and RB).

Defense - We didn't create turnovers last year at all. Embarrassing pass rush at times. They need to prove they can do otherwise.

Best: Defensive line (LYNCH!!!) destroying QB's.

Worst: Poor center to QB exchanges resulting in turnovers.

I'd say that 'bout wraps 'er up.

I'd probably have left the dumb fans off, given that there's not much about that the CWT can manage, but I understand the sentiment.

Best: A offense with a strong running game and passing game that keeps defenses off balance.

Defense: A defense all over quarterbacks.

Worst: Offense that has a weak running game against large defensive lines.  Mental errors at qb.

Defense that can't stop a power run game and is weak against a strong passing team.

I hope Taggart isn't a fan of white windbreakers in the Summer, that'd be the worst. :D

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
