I have more faith in the system and the coach vs. our QB's

This system resurrected Alex Smiths career, made Stanford relevant, and made BJ look like a nfl QB

Dual threat? 2 of 8 passes for 12 yards and rushing for 18 yards in 2012.

Bench should have had a 35 yd TD but receiver flat out dropped ball. He put it on the money.

 

 

Wasn't that in their Spring game this year?

 

That was against Virginia.

He could technically throw for 990 tho :D

He replaced the starter that got injured for a series only. The starter came back for the second half of the game.

I hope it was over an injury and not planned, his never coming out again isn't a good sign imo. But it doesn't matter, that was then and this is now and all have had improvement. We just don't know who has caught on most to date.

And the way it looked like McGloin played the rest of the year, there wasn't much chance of Bench getting in there ...

 

Just got to trust the coaches to put the qb out there to start that they think has the best chance to win and adjust accordingly, if needed, as the season progresses.
