Face 2 face meetings are great for building up our little community here. And have the added advantage of reducing some of the flame wars.

We used to do that at site sponsored watch parties when I lived there. It was a lot of fun meeting the members. If someone local will help me out with distributing some TBP name tags, I'll certainly get them produced and mailed.

I'm also thinking of something similar ar Mich State.

I remember the TBP party at the Mieneke Bowl and the Sun Bowl - the latter being a terrific event that brought us all together. I think Doug and Judy also visited.

I put a maybe on the facebook page - I would really like to go, but we're moving into a new house in mid-July and may be too soon.  I'll see if I can take a whirlwind trip down there though.
