When does the bad news end???

This has been a brutal Fall and Winter for USF athletics.  I'm sick of the bad news!!! 

 

I would think we are at rock bottom unless expansion occurs again and UConn / Cincinnati go to the ACC. 

 

Its going to turn around at some point so when does the bad news stop and we start having fun again? 

 

1. Does the women's basketball team make a big run in the NCAA's?

 

2. Does the baseball team find some solid pitching and we turn things around?

 

3. Does Willie get our football team off to a good start?

 

4. Does the expansion domino fall our way and we get an ACC invite? 

 

5. Do the highly touted freshman basketball recruits make a big splash next season and we get on a run?

 

6. Something else?

 

Which is more likely to happen first?   

 

Are we done with the bad news?  It does not seem it can get much worse - I hope?

i think so. at the very least it gets us more money from the tv contract.  plus, fans would most likely rather come out to see a game against UNC or WF instead of Houston or Temple.

IMO  A championship game with the WAC..Boise and company is a thought...

 

In Spain there is a saying Never buy a Bar that has been a hang out for Prostitues...

 

We need the loose all the negativity the BE has been slandered...give it/sell it to the BB schools...

 

Schedule a championship game post season..before the final BCS decisions..make it hard for the BIG 4  conferences to ignore the remainder...keep us in the news to promote us and get good recruits...

I can't imagine any realistic scenario where it wouldn't be better ...

Power is not given up easily..Our Democracy set the stage for power transfer....This is NOT the case with college football...It's not going to happen....We will have to find and plan our own future...There are other schools who can help row this boat to shore....It will be hard....

 

In countries without a power transfer in place they have revolutions....WE will need some sort of revolution 

 

 

IMO It will not be the ACC or anything like that....In the mean time lets get behind USF and put the best team on the field and enjoy tailgating..and go to some away games...Life is short I'm not going to ruin my day with a bunch of negatives I have no controll over....
