This is a terrible hire. There are bigger names and better coaches out there. Looks like USF took the cheap way . The program has not upgraded one bit with the hiring of Taggart. Looks like a lot of

Looking forward to seeing what he can do coaching at USF.

I expect that he will have a positive impact on our recruiting.

I would have felt a little better with Davis or Morris, but I think of all of the candidates Taggart will be the best recruiter. So that is a plus for him. I think Taggart can get USF to a bowl, but am not sure about a conference championship.

But lets all agree.... any of the potential hires have a very high likely hood to perform better than Skip.

Taggart I think will bring in the talent. He will keep the kids leaving FL close to home.
