This is a terrible hire. There are bigger names and better coaches out there. Looks like USF took the cheap way . The program has not upgraded one bit with the hiring of Taggart. Looks like a lot of

Taggart is meeting with the team as I type to announce he has taken the USF job.

Wikipedia changed it to: he's "negotiating a contract"

Wikipedia is the opposite of a trusted source in this situation.

just thought it was funny that they changed it from "is" the head coach to "is negotiating a contract to be the head coach."

7-5 the last 2 seasons equals "didn't have a winning record"? they're playing in a bowl game on the 26th. this is only their 3rd season in the FBS.
