This is America. We don't fire our leaders just because of years of inenptitude.

Good point.

I emailed them all as well, Doug, Judy, My ticket rep, Bill, Joe who handles Big Donors. Only one to respond EVER is my Ticket Rep, If it were not for him I would Immediatly stop spending money on USF. He is the only one that seems to care about the Customers(which all of us are). Yes its about more than being a customer but people need to start realizing this is a Huge Business and start treating it that way. USF is a very poorly run Buisness from the Athletic side.

Doug has failed and should be held accountable, Skip needs to be fired as well, this should happen prior to the end of the season so we can start the search before alot of others are in the market for a new head coach. Why wait until everyone else is looking? Price goes up, candidates become less avail. Be proactive not reactive for once USF.

The only thing that needs to happen before the end of the season in the search. There's no benefit to letting Skip go with 2 games remaining unless you've found your guy already.

The fact nobody but your rep replied back isn't shocking. USF athletics needs a top down overhaul. I've always been happy with my ticket rep, even my new one since mike stuben left.

Not surprising at all. They better change coordinators.

Only Cosh.

Our offense hasn't been the problem.

I'll slightly agree about the offense, but I thought play calling has been absolutely horrible this year. Predictable and not fitting of the players we had.

I contacted Woolard and as expected didn't receive a response. I wouldn't expect them to respond. My email was harsh, but respectfully stated.

If this article is true which I think it is, USF will not be in good shape next year and we should all anticipate another losing season.

In my years of watching football when there is QB charge typically there is a strong running game or strong defense to cover the new QB. At this point USF will have neither next year,

To make matters worse if Cosh and Smith are fired then USF will be starting from scratch on defense.

THEREFORE.......

WHAT DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR WILL WANT TO COME TO USF KNOWING THEY ONLY HAVE MAYBE ONE YEAR TO TURN A DEFENSE AROUND? (and have a new starting QB to boot)

This is madness. This administration was quick to get rid of Robert McCullum when they saw the writing on the wall. I am not so sure what is different about Skip Holtz. (The only logic is to prove they were not wrong in their decision to hire him) Additionally with the changing tide of college football USF should be making the appropriate adjustments to better position not only the football program but the school as well.

IMO, they need to leak via anonymous sources what the game plan is for the future so they no longer appear to be incompetent regarding athletics.

This is such a **** storm.

They waited a year too long to get rid of McCullum. The administration should use that as an experience to fall back on.

I actually like the play calling on defense a bit better the last couple of games. Not great, but it looks more in line with making use of the talent we have in the front seven. But the secondary is a mess. I don't think there is any way around the fact that changes need to be made on the defensive side of the ball. Maybe it's Cosh, maybe not. But at the very least the secondary needs a new voice.

But if it was up to the fans, Stan Heath would have been gone long before last season. Maybe we should use that as an experience to fall back on.
