I completely disagree with that. If coaches pulled the plug on seniors the minute the season was lost (be it getting to a bowl, if thats your goal, or making the playoffs in 1-AA), then Willie never would have finished his senior year as soon as Harbaugh saw his team at WKU wasn't getting in.

Im not saying pull the plug on seniors. A few series here and there during meaningful moments.

Im not saying pull the plug on seniors. A few series here and there during meaningful moments.

Everything is case by case. Guy like Lamar had stayed healthy, you owe him the chance to play since he is a tweener as a pro. Guy like Lynch this year you might give some snaps off because if it seems like he's going pro, don't get him hurt.

QB was tough. Daniels obviously had pro prospects whether we realized it or not.
