I would have reversed two FSU pass completions. Perhaps the slowness of ESPN's replays had something to do with it. Wouldn't be surprised if our coaching staff has a few words for conference officials once they review the film. Probably wouldn't have changed the outcome of the game, but it might have made things more interesting at the end. GB!

Skip has 1 challenge per game why did he not use it on that long pass that led to a TD? Their guy was clearly out of bounds.

Skip needed to stop the clock there. FSU ran hurry up to get that snap off.

Gotta have someone in the both for these things, whether replays shown or not, that's what dvr is for.

I could be wrong, but I don't think either coach could challenge. The replay challenge is a conference rule, not an NCAA wide rule. The NCAA allows each conference to institute their own process. In the case of OOC games, it is the home team or defined in the contract. There were certainly occasions where Skip was complaining and would have thrown the challenge flag if he had one available. I hope.

That and that tip toe catch was on the opposite sideline.

If a challenge was available the guys in the booth have to be the ones to tell him to do it.

Also, in the 4th quarter, I swear FSU had a delay of game on 3rd and long that they converted. The clock definitely hit zero before the ball was snapped. I forgot to dvr the game, but so want to watch that play again.

ESPN3 should have a replay.

Just checked it out. Look at 2:45 left in the 3rd. Clock is on zero for a full second before the ball is snapped.

I saw this too, and had a few choice words when no flag was thrown ...

Clock was definitely at zero for at least a full second
