I say fire Cosh and make Kevin Patrick interim DC. We'll be at the bye week to give the players time to adjust. The defensive system will stay the same, but there will be someone else making the calls and motivating the players. At this point we've got nothing to lose. At the end of the year, see where we are and go from there. Thoughts?

He's seen JL's/WB's defenses, MS's and now CC's. He should be able to put a decent defensive scheme together.

Hes got an excellent recruiting background in S florida. And hes got a mean streak we're missing.

If the decision was made to only replace the defensive coordinator, who would you seek?Randy Shannon (Current TCU LB Coach)Kevin Steele (Former Clemson DC and Baylor HC)Tyrone Nix (Former South Carolina DC)Others (?) Easy... Randy Shannon... he stinks as a HC, but was one hell of a DC Its obvious to me that Skip is a empty suit that can talk well... surround him with talented coordinators and hope that some other college lures his ass away.
