I don't mean to sound rude but....

I hate this, I hate it!! I feel like there's only a few people that still like this idea and are trying REALLY hard to push it when it makes no sense. It dies down and again a few people bring it up. It was fun at Auburn but that was 5 yrs ago!! Just let it go. Auburn was a great game, but war flamingo in no way, shape or form should be a "tradition" and part of USF games.

Ok, end of rant.

This oddly sounds in reference to the running of the bulls....

Except for the whole mention of Auburn and "war flamingo" parts ...

I was more referring to this section....

I feel like there's only a few people that still like this idea and are trying REALLY hard to push it when it makes no sense.

I mean... we do something at our games that honors the killing of our mascot.... really?

MagPie...im sorry hun. I know you're a HUGE USF supporter. But you have to open up a little and see that War Flamingo is as stupid as "two-bits", 'toomers corner", "boomer sooner", "woo pig sooey", "howards rock", "cowbells", "sod cemetaries", "burning shoes", "burning couches", "smoke tunnels" ...its DUMB! But its ours...and was crafted seemingly out of nowhere during that magical season and is simply not going away. At least, not while im still alive...and i believe im pretty young cause I was at USF the same years as you so...War Flamingo ain't goin anywhere for a long time! ;)

How about Fracas Flamingo... that's silly enough, isn't it?

I thought the pep band reference was storybook, I didn't make that up.

AAAAAND furthermore...other than ET(whom we all respect, except for his ridiculousness that is Tamplona)...who on here actually thinks tamplona is an interesting and fun idea or shall i say "tradition"?

There are plenty of people other than myself that are on the Flamingo Bandwagon! I've been on it since the Auburn game...and will continue for the rest of my days.

Tamplona...um...cute little side name for our football games...but until we have a real stadium...Tamplona should wait.

There has always been flamingo buzz...lets get this viral!!!
