The money will be used to build a golf clubhouse and training center for student-athletes. It will feature locker rooms, a putting lab, a swing simulator and offices for coaches and staff. Mediocrity will no longer be accepted. Athletics and Research are the biggest revenue generators outside of donors. you mean outside of taxpayers and tuition of course. athletics cost far more than they bring in. it's only a matter of time before we start knocking down classrooms to build more athletic facilities. it's funny how our school cries when the budget is cut to save taxpayers yet we have all this money to spend on athletics. perhaps they should spend less than the $13M per year in student fees on something other than athletics. Outside of the indoor practice facility and a possible OCS... both of which we're reasonably certain where they're going to go... what other athletic facilities are they going to build?
