I misread the caption on the images, thinking it was condos for sale, rather than apartmets for rent. Agree - it needs retail on the 1st floor. Can't believe they wouldn't do that. Can't believe they wouldn't do that. Yeah, it would have been such a prime location for something like a sandwich shop, burrito place, etc. It would have been able to pull from all the kids at Sterling, 4050 lofts, Avalon, and these new places, plus the andros area of campus. The lack of commercial space likely has to do more with Hillsborough County Zoning, Planning, and Development.
