As a 19-year-old adult, I expect someone to have the very basic moral upbringing to know that having sex IN SCHOOL is wrong. So, yes, I am saying that.

Some how it just cracks me up that we talk about morals then proceed to talk about how we can't believe WHERE a person bangs a minor, of course it's ok to actually bang the minor but darnit, you better not do it THERE! lol.  Look, sex and morals don't fit in the same sentence and having any type of sex aside from marital sex in your own bedroom will break somebody's sense of morality somewhere...heck, there is a prominent feminist that believes even that is **** so it's kind of a silly issue to get so worked up that a kid got a little nookie when and where it was available. Besides, I'd bet half of the excitement in the first place is having sex in a forbidden place and I'd be surprised if a large percentage of the population hasn't had sex somewhere they shouldn't have.

This news makes me very sad.   :-[  All I can say about this situation is I hope he loves her.  Or really likes her a lot.  It's just not right if he doesn't, unless she has a great a**, nice t*ts, or is just average and is willing to put out!  ;D

All kidding aside, I don't think Hill is in legal trouble.

The school systems have policies on punishments for performing sexual acts on school property.

The investigation is probably verifying that Hill and the girl had sex, and both of them should get a similiar punishment from the school system, something like a 5 to 10 day suspension.
