Collaros is gone for Cincy.

Sanu declared for the draft for Rutgers.

West Virginia could be gone (although I'd prefer if they were there one more year).

Pitt is breaking in a new coach.

UConn still looks lost at the QB position.

Cuse was the only team worse than us this year.

Louisville is going to be very good.

Looking at this, and the starters we return, we better make a run at the BE championship next year.

West Virginia stays, they lose the starting QB and some other talent. Is this not correct.

This? Already?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Will we ever learn?

Lol you have a point.

Still, the Big East is going to be weak as hell next year. We can only hope that we are one of the better teams. I still have faith in Holtz getting us a championship, but if we don't do it in 2012, we won't for a long time. 2013 is going to be a rebuilding year IMO.

Weren't we saying the same thing a year ago?

Well, technically, no. With the exception of Pitt and UConn, we weren't saying any of this a year ago.

We won't.

Pitt and Uconn broke in new coaches just fine this year

Pitt was 6-6 and UConn was 5-7.

I'm more concerned about USF. If we play well, we'll win our share of games. If we don't, it doesn't matter who we are playing.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
