Here's hoping we can start a "Maybe we don't suck so bad..." thread on Saturday at around 3:30pm.

GO Bulls!

Ours and the coaching staff's expectations of this season were very clear in August.  Win the Big East.

Where did the coaching staff ever say they expected to win the Big East?

Don't want to get into a pissin match with you over the words, but when we spoke with him at Vero he seemed to think that we had a good shot to win the BE.  Is that the same as "expecting"?  Don't know.  But I'm pretty sure he's disappointed in the 0 - 2 start.

Still damp from the last one on here, but since you brought it up .... no, it's not the same as "expecting". And just to clarify where I was coming from, it looks ridiculous trying to tie the fans' goofy "expectations" to the coaches, which is why I asked when in August did the staff say they expected to win the BE. I may be wrong but you rarely, if ever, hear a coach in any sport say they expect to WIN anything ... but I do agree that they're disappointed to be 0-2 at this point.

I dont believe people upset that USF loss to Pitt and UConn.

People are upset at the way the team loss the games. Pitt was a "lay down and play dead" and  UConn was the usual "shoot yourself in the foot multiple times" game.

This is normal by USF standards but I thought things would change under Skip Holtz.
