Just take the opposing team on the money line on all Thursday USF games from now on.  The money will make you feel better when we suck on Thursdays, and if by some chance we happen to win you won't care about losing the $$$.

We can ask not to play Thursday night games at home. That's really it, even then the Big East contract is structured in a way where we can get forced to play those nights.

And why cite Michigan and Florida? Two of the nation's most popular teams that get the primo slots on the weekends?

The reality is this, without Thursday night, our game would have been regulated to a noon slot on Saturday. Hidden behind 4 other games.

Thursday nights are used for recruiting etc.

I'm not a big fan of them myself but they're here to stay.

I'm sick of getting embarassed on national TV. Nothing like having my buddies text from all over the country: "what's up with your Bulls"

The real question should be why in the hell does Doug Woolard keep agreeing to do Thursday night games... this is the real question... I'm not superstitions in anything but sports, in sports superstitions are real.

I agree, stop the Thursday night games.

Or we could man up, be a real team and actually win a Thursday night game

Good teams win whenever they're scheduled to play. Bull94 mentioned Va Tech, as a team that built its credentials by playing on Thursday nights, add Miami to the same list. USF controls its own destiny, and last night it simply didn't rise up to the occasion once again.

We can just say no... the Big East's contracts are a joke... I cited those programs because even with the B1G and SEC's huge contracts they still refuse certain games on certain days of the week or times... we can just not schedule them against Conference teams.

Personally I believe that if this game would had been a nooner on Saturday then we would had won. I could give two craps if its on national tv, as long as we win then that is good enough for me.

The only way we will break this curse is to schedule all of our OOC cup cake games on Thursday nights, this way we can break the curse

how can you possibly say that a team we lost to by 27 points would be a different outcome if we played 2 days later?
