I'll be more comfortable when that LOI comes in signed for all our recruits.

McFarland is great for this year if he gets a hardship.  Price is our future.  WE NEED SEAN PRICE!!

To me McFarland is more of a Huge slot guy or 5 man spread. He is really a gigantic WR. Sean is more of a classic TE. I think we could see a lot of them in 2 TE sets that would be devastating to cover. They are both great pass catchers, but you could run out of that set as well. Really hard to defense with that kind of talent on the line. They would only complement each other, it's definitely not an either or thing. I just hope Sean can see that. There is nobody blocking his way.

I see McFarland being more of a niche player whereas Price would be the go to guy and a threat on almost every play.  Hope he signs and works his majic at RayJay.

price is ours to lose.  it's common for us to worry about big time recruits being courted even after they commit - it's just part of the game.  he'll stay with us, though.

USF is doing weekly home visits with Price... there really isn't much else they can do right now. He'll start taking his visits in January and then we'll just have to see. If Gilmore's offer becomes reality that may help... and he and Bivins are close so Chris can do his thing. It's going to be a long 2+ months.

NSD is Feb 1, 2012. Last I checked that is less than 2 months away. Kinda more like 48 days.

12/21/2012 is supposed to be the next apocalypse. Maybe that's what you were thinking? Rivals now lists SP with a High interest in Razorbacks. He will visit Ark,Ala and TN in Jan. Looks like he is fishing for in the SEC now. I don't know why we haven't given a commitable to Jamie Gilmore. That might seal the deal for Sean.
