You get rid of the bad apples, whichStan seems to be doing. College basketball is about the coaches. Not about the players.
Guest nybullsfan
heath needs to turn it around next year or wolves will be at doorWhat are the chances he is still the coach next year? If any of this rumor stuff has any truth to it, coupled with the body of work that Coach Heath has created (it's starting to look like we won thanks to DoJo... which many suspected all along), then might it be wise to start considering a coaching change?I'll tell you one thing. I noticed 5-star QB recruit Teddy Bridgewater at the Auburn game last night. Clearly bored the majority of the time. Hate to say it, but our bball atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired... and I know it's holiday break but WOW there were no students, especially compared to when I was a student... kinda makes me want to resurrect Death Row...You have GOT to be ******** me! :Bang :pukeJust watched the highlight vid, thanks! My only on-field concern is the quality of receivers he's used to working with. On almost all of his throws in the vid, he did NOT go through any kind of progression, he just threw it to the primary receiver. When the receiver corps is as strong as it is at MNW, that may not be a problem. Here at USF, he'll need to learn how to look over the whole field, or he'll turn into an INT machine. That said, I hope he commits, so UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should he be brought to the Auburn basketball game. One look at the low scoring, empty seats, and lack of spirit and we lose him.

Hard to take him seriously like that. A true STUD scores at least 15 plus even in a "bad system" bc let's face it, at the end of the day it's just 5 on 5 basketball and no one can stop you from doing what you want when you get the ball. He's had the minutes to do plenty more damage. When guys coming off the bench are outscoring the most physically talented kid on the team, that's all due to lack of "want to". Especially when he was getting more minutes! " THE MAN " ., Huh? was meant as sarcasm . Let him go play somewhere like Wofford or Elon that is in the southern conf. Because i think that would be more of a fit for him .

He said there was issues with the team and I did not go into depth because it was his business. He seemed like he wasn't going to change his mind but hopefully his reasons for deciding to do this were in his best interest. People who think he's being stupid or think he's bigger than team don't have any idea on situation or him as a person. I know Gus personally and is a good person and not gonna say his decision was right one. Coach Heath seems like good coach as well but I don't know situation as in depth as I could and this is my perspective of situation.

He seemed very much ready for this season physically and mentally after the work he put in since the end of the last campaign. Obviously things haven't went as smooth as he, the team, and Heath had hoped.

Anyone can create a Twitter account and act like an authority. These posts are meaningless until I see something from a credible reporter like Greg Auman or Adam Adkins.Actually, he appears to be a little more than a floor scrubber: http://espn1040.com/includes/blog/index.php?action=blog&blog_id=14 but who knows how good his actual source is ... A real source would have had more on Gus before last night. Here is a link to his first posthttp://espn1040.com/includes/blog/index.php?action=blog&post_id=506OK, maybe not a window washer, but not sure how he is an "insider". He looks very young; I have a few pairs of Converse Chuck Taylors that are older than him. I bet his only inside contacts are probably players and/or students who are friends of players.
