Gtown winning would make our win vs them look better.

Doesn't matter since we have to play Villanova in a few weeks. Wouldn't it be more impressive if Villanova wins up to that point and then we go in there and knock them off?

If you finish Top 4 in this league the NCAAT is a lock. Go Nova (even though I grew up a Hoya fan).

exactly, we have a bye in the BET, we dont need any wins in the tourney to get in the dance.

I may not put up my infamous "Its March Sadness" this year.

i promise you I will cry if we make the ncaa tourney, promise.  :'(

we could be an 8 seed, get a bye, lose in 2nd round of BE tourney and still miss out. we are in 8th place now.

if the season ended today and we went out with no wins in BE tourney and a 9 or 10 seed with the same record won a couple of games then we could easily be left out while they make it especially when it comes to name recognition.

a 7-9 seed should be our goal.  get two wins in BE tourney and we would be putting ourselves in  a great spot

Since I know nothing about basketball wouldn't a bye be a threat to derailing our mojo?

Srsly, do we think we can win five of the next eight? I'm still not convinced but I hope I am incredibly wrong. I just can't understand these conference wins.

Don't think small mindedly. We are only one game back of the 4 seed and own the tiebreaker. Thinking only 7-9 seed is not a goal. We are already there.
