Considering I have my BA in psychology I would say that I know of the term.  I also know that it is complete BS and has no founding in research.  I'm also aware of how dumb it is to say  "I called it last week, we lost, I knew we would lose"  when you are "calling it" for every game.  It kind of defeats the purpose.

not to play down the FSU win, but its becoming increasingly clear that may not be the toughest game of the season. Cincy and Miami probably will be, though Cincy is far more important since its on national television, at home, against T10 defending BE champs. i said at the beginning of the year this would be the biggest game.

my point is, this game more than FSU, more than Cuse or any other game will be tough to predict. i genuinely think they have the complete team to win, but i think we have the edge, maybe multiple edges...

Seriously?? Has there ever been any actual research done on it ....?
