We'll win.

Excellent breakdown. Well written and obviously thought out.  ;)

I've been on this site for over 2 years,  just dont really post.  most of the time im not logged in, I check things to see what ya'll are saying.

anyways,  wasn't 96 the smae guy saying we'll lose to Syracuse?  If he is going to continue posting every week about how we'll lose it will irritate the crap out of me.

We could actually lose this game. Last week, not so much.

Don't worry about it.  He says our secondary is suspect ?  LOL  Is this the same group that got 4 interceptions and then we have a d-line man get one.  I vaguely remember a hit Lejiste put on an FSU RB.  Wow - talk about a hard hitting safety.  Great WRs catch balls no matter what and Williams is a stud.

And we could actually win this game -  and did last week.

We did get 4 picks, but we also gave up 2 passing TDs and about 1200 yards to one of their receivers. I think that is the suspect part.

I think "suspect" is a relative term for Bulls fans. We were all very spoiled by watching Jenks and Trae for 4 years. I am hoping Q and Webster can get in that groove later on this year. Murph is already pretty good, I still question his instincts a bit (knowing when to turn and look for the ball), but he can run with most WRs.

I am saying last week (in my mind) we had a 3% chance of losing. Therefore the you heard it here post was funny. For this game coming up it is not funny. Especially if UC beats us like they have the last 3 years. BTW, I think this is a 60-40 game. Who is 60? That is up to you to decide.

I'm hoping he continues posting like that until January .... You do understand the theory behind "reverse psychology", don't you? Don't like it, don't read it ...

Superstitions are a funny and wacky belief.  Many athletes refuse to wash a lucky wristband.  Many pitchers have to hop over the 1st or 3rd base lines on their way out of the dugout each inning.  Some have lucky charms others have lucky quirks.  If someone believes that their negative (albeit funny reverse psychology) posts have helped the cosmic forces allow our Bulls to win, then let them have their fun.  We are all fans, and I doubt little if any of what we say have ANY effects on this game or any other game.

BTW.....  "the natti" will destroy us!  :D

;D

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”
