How close are we to a sell-out?

I've taken the 16th as an annual leave day.  The 16th is also Bosses Day, so I'll get screwed out of a bosses day lunch for the second year in a row. LOL

That's okay though, I'd much rather be recovering from our win over Cincy than being wined and dined by my staff.

I think looking for the best available single ticket is a bad way of determining how close we are to a sell-out as most people will be looking for groups of tickets (or at least pairs) before buying a single ticket

Cincy will be over 55k.  WVA will be every bit of 65k.  L'Ville will be 50K+.  UM, of course, will be 65K also.

Ticket sales will not pick up until the week of the game. I truly believe this game will be sold out. Perhaps I'm too optimistic.

Thursday nights aren't the best in terms of getting the larger crowd. Also, Cincinnati will not bring anywhere near the number of fans that WVU and Miami so, that makes things tougher.

ive got the 15th and 16th off as vacation days.

i figured i would do my company a favor and take off game day since there would be no way i would actually get some productive work done.

They should make the 16th a mandatory furlough day. All city and county offices are closed, schools closed, retail business should open later.

Make it a celebration!

:drinkup

Watch that furlough stuff, we already have 5 this fiscal year, we don't need anymore.  ;)  Annual day for me and the wife, we're debating whether to take a 1/2 day or full day on the 15th. I'm leaning towards a full day as she has class Wednesday night and CJL's show is that night in Beef's.

My buddy is a professor at USF... he's giving an exam that night. Awful!

Is he tenured?  If not, I hope USF fires him

I believe the show is Tuesday night... coach is a little too intense 24 hours before a game
