Thats not good. Seeing as this is thursday night game, it makes it really tough for borderline fans, those who usually end up filling the stadium for the big games, to come out and go to work the next day

That's exactly what he's saying.  Borderline fans will not be taking a day off work for a football game.

I'm sure the Bulls faithfull would be more than happy for a long weekend, but the masses that filled up Ray Jay for WVU, and UCF are not going to be doing it on a Thursday.

Prime example is Pitt @ USF last year.  I think we had about 50-52K.  I expect the same type of turnout.

I would be shocked if we had more than that.

They should make the 16th a mandatory furlough day. All city and county offices are closed, schools closed, retail business should open later.

Well, I have 3 classes that day and I don't get done till 3:15.  After that, I make a beeline for the car and to the stadium.
