They should make the 16th a mandatory furlough day. All city and county offices are closed, schools closed, retail business should open later.

Make it a celebration!

Watch that furlough stuff, we already have 5 this fiscal year, we don't need anymore.  ;)  Annual day for me and the wife, we're debating whether to take a 1/2 day or full day on the 15th. I'm leaning towards a full day as she has class Wednesday night and CJL's show is that night in Beef's.

I believe the show is Tuesday night... coach is a little too intense 24 hours before a game

Nope, the CJL Radio Show is Thursday nights.

yea but with the game being on thursday night that week...i think they bumped it up to Tuesday.

it will sell out.  there is still 10 days.  once the local media really starts talking about the game and the casual fans realize that a team in the top 10 is playing another team in the top 25...they will buy tickets.

Tuesday night at the Beef's in South Tampa -- where WVU Alumni meet to watch games.

It won't sell out...USF was Top 10 last year against Pitt on a Thursday and only 50K showed up...

Pitt wasn't even ranked. And we didn't beat FSU 3 weeks earlier.

but we beat FSU and now have a billboard saying so  ;D  j/k

was Pitt ranked when we played?  I cant remember but i dont think they were.

Pitt wasn't ranked... but we did beat Kansas a few weeks before...

I am willing to bet that USF won't have enough demand to open the second upper deck... so we'll have 52-55k.... a full lower bowl, a full student section, and a good chunk of people in the East upper deck.
