Hopefully it hurt the players this badly!  This is the emotion you need to remember when you are looking for a purpose to play the game.  Like at Cinci and Louisville...remember the pain and then deliver some of your own!

This wound will never heal for me because it was one that we had locked up and handed it too Pitt with a pretty green and gold bow on it...

At HOS when some one yelled out that the Bulls lost it felt like a Brahma mule kicked me in the head...

People still ache about the Ga. Southern loss in '97.  It's part of being a fan.

Is that the one when we went for two and lost by 1?

Yeah...24 to 23.

That...and the loss to Army @ Homecoming...and knowing we SHOULD HAVE beaten Baylor,

and losing to Rutgers last year.

It never stops hurting. You just have to be tougher than the pain. Suppress it...keep it bottled up.

Let it gnaw at you from the inside. That's the healthy thing to do!  :-*

Not to sound TOO pathetic.... but I have been avoiding newspapers, ESPN, talk radio, since last Thursday. Finally decided to come back to the 'pen yesterday.

When does it stop hurting?? No game for us this weekend...but last year's 3 game slide turned me into a hermit.  I can't be the only one...maybe we need a support group or a crisis-line??  ;D

itll stop hurting when we get  offense that doesnt suck

when you lose to a 14 point  underdog at home in conference game the hurt lasts for long long time
