If anyone cares, HCC is now opened 5 hours before. The parking guys said that it opened 5 hours today and is expecting to stay that way due to all the complaints from people regarding the closure of lot 14. So for those that complained. Thank you!!!

Was it the parking lot that has lab corp and a bank (Iberia bank)? If so, how much was parking and at what time did they allow people to start parking? Thanks.

I first became aware of this back when season ticket and parking renewals were sent out. When I saw that lot 14 wasn't on the list of "cash overflow areas", I called and was confirmed that it was closed. Five months later we were still hoping that it would be open. Then the official tweet came out late Friday night to dash those dreams. The backup plan was to go to HCC and then we were turned away because they didn't open until 4pm. We ended up in lot 8/10 which was horrible. You are flagged to your spot, grass lot, mud due to the recent rain and a lot of our folks had ant bites. More than 2/3 of our group were spread out in different lots. It was miserable considering what we were used to in lot 14. We want paved lots and plenty of room to tailgate and throw a football. I plan on calling RJS this week to see if HCC opening 3 hours before kickoff is standard. On their site it's listed under "5 hours before kickoff." Been at lot 14 since '01. Sad tailgating day yesterday.... That's for sure.

I think USF friends, students, admin, and alumni will be heard loud and clear if Florida Poly goes to UF. It should go back to us... period!

skip holtz was not a high profile coach Agree, why do people continually dismiss the fact that we beat his Ars! in a bowl game? What's so High Profile about that? Oh, his last name is Holtz +1. And no state income tax in Florida...

You MUST do well on your finals. You need to graduate, get a good job, and help us pay for this buyout. But most importantly help improve our 6 year graduation rate.

Expectations are way too high for this kid. In terms of development, we shouldn't expect this kid to rescue us next year (if he commits). Next year is going to be tough to watch...

We weren't dominate in our exhibition either... We have lost the rebound battle in both of the games where stats were tracked (if I'm not mistaken).

Miami lost to FGCU today 63 - 51. Reports had us losing to Miami in our closed scrimmage.

It might be sold out but what they are doing defeats the purpose of pulling down the "code" Season ticket holders are buying extra seats so they can most likely sell them to people who want them, and after last night most of the people that want them are FSU fans. Yeah, I know there are season ticket holders who are going to sell to anyone, but there are some that want to bring other Bulls fans. It's better than just giving a code out to all the Noles that want it. Agreed.. my extra 4 will be USF fans... You can't control who they sell the extra tickets to, but at least they made an effort to block FSU from directly buying them.

From the email... "USF Athletics thanks you for renewing your football season tickets" This was huge on USF's part. So those FSU fans that bought season tickets this year (and whoever else is a first time season ticket holder) will not be able to buy tickets. Probably the best thing they could have done... not sure why they did what they did with the password.

We're improving every year. I know FSU is the target in the short term, but the gap is closing (compared to where we were just 5 years ago).

What? There is plenty of room to build more dorms on campus. Isnt the plan at some point to demolish the older Andros buildings and build more mega-dorms like Juniper-Poplar? Yes that is the current plan... they are slated to demolish the old Andro's complex and replace it with some kind of a new dorm and a strip of shops (Publix, restaurants, and some small shops)... there is a rumor that Gray's bookstore will move over to the new shops. Woah... this is my first time hearing about the shops. Publix, really?

I would recommend upgrading to the nicer green jacket. I believe it was another $90. I got mine about 5 years ago and it was at Kirby's.

I loved that place. I lived there my freshman and sophomore years (01- 03). USF had to use it as well my second year because of the overflow of students living on campus that year. The freshmen on the women's soccer team lived on my hallway, too. Great memories... Great times.

Judy gets paid to do what's best for USF, not UCiF. If she believes that having them in the BE hurts USF, then she better do whatever it takes to make sure they don't get in. I have no problem playing them every year (after the UM series?). However, I hope Villanova accepts and that's the end. I do not want them in - I see more cons than pros.
