That is why I use a Laptop for personal stuff.

Then one would have to ask who or how his classes were being paid for.

Scholarships include all university expenses.  Each year, the university releases dollar figures of how much it costs to go to school.  These expenses include tuition, books, room and board, personal expenses, etc..  They obviously lived off campus; therefore, you can do the math.

When I was in school, the TOTAL expense to attend USF was over 12k. per year.
